The bodice of this classical ballet costume tutu was created using a beautiful dark blue velvet. It features a deep V in the front and a nude inset, and is decorated with sequins, beads, braids, and appliques.
The professional pleated tutu skirt is made of 12 layer stiff tulle, and has the same decorations as the bodice.
