The short, Oriental-looking top is made with deep blue elasticized fabric, and is richly decorated with golden trims, blue appliques and a big, gold crystal jewel in the centre of the chest. There is blue mesh attached to the short top covering the upper part of the chest, in a short sleeve top shape. The tutu skirt is the highlight of this costume and will attract the attention of the jury and audience. The basque of the tutu is made with the same fabric used for the top. It is embellished with golden braids, gold and white appliques, blue and gold stones. The tutu skirt is white, and features a blue overlay, entirely decorated with blue appliques and golden trims.
