This blue romantic tutu features a V shape front waist cutting. Instead of being stitched to the skirt, the "V" front section is attached to the tutu skirt with buttons and eyes, while the two sides are stitched to the skirt, which could be unstiched and re-stitched to appropriate positions when necessary.
Silver appliques and blue crystals are used to decorate the shiny light blue satin bodice. Off the shoulder sleeves are trimmed with white lace.
